Terms & Conditions

The rules for using our website and working with us.

Last updated: 23 September 2026
In short

We agree the scope and price in writing first. You own the finished work once you have paid in full. Refunds are covered in our Refund Policy.

Agreement

By using this website or hiring us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. If you accept on behalf of a company, you confirm you have the authority to do so. If you disagree, please do not use our services.

Our services

We provide design, hardware selection and installation, hardware coding, website development, mobile app development, and help & support. The exact deliverables for each project are set out in a written quote, proposal or agreement (the "Project Agreement").

Quotes, packages and pricing

Prices and packages shown on our website (Starter, Professional and Business) are launch prices and may change. Your price is the one in your Project Agreement. Quotes are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise.

Prices do not include third-party costs, such as domains, hosting, app store fees and hardware components, or applicable taxes, unless the Project Agreement says so.

Payment

Unless the Project Agreement says otherwise, we take a 50% deposit to start and the balance on delivery or at agreed milestones. We may pause work while an invoice is overdue, and we release final files after full payment. Support plans are billed monthly in advance.

Project scope and revisions

Each package includes the number of revision rounds stated in its description. A revision means adjusting delivered work within the agreed scope. New features, extra screens or changed requirements are outside the scope and are quoted separately.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate content, materials and access; give feedback promptly; make sure you have the rights to anything you supply; and use our work lawfully. Delays on your side can move the delivery date.

Timelines

Delivery dates are estimates that depend on prompt feedback and materials from you. We will tell you early if something puts a date at risk.

Intellectual property

Once you have paid in full, you own the final deliverables made specifically for you, such as code, designs and firmware. We keep our pre-existing tools, libraries and know-how, and give you a licence to use them as part of your deliverables. Open-source and third-party components stay under their own licences.

Unless you ask us not to, we may show the finished work in our portfolio, without your confidential information.

Hardware and installation

Hardware is covered by the manufacturer's warranty, not ours. You are responsible for a safe and suitable environment, including power, network and mounting. We are not liable for damage caused by misuse, modification, unsafe power or conditions outside the agreed specifications. Where the law requires it, mains-voltage work must be done by a licensed professional.

Fixes after delivery

We fix defects in our delivered work at no charge for 30 days after delivery. This does not cover new requests, problems caused by third-party updates, or changes made by you or others. Ongoing help is available through a support plan.

Confidentiality

We keep your non-public business information confidential and use it only for your project. This does not apply to information that is already public or that we must disclose by law.

Limitation of liability

We work with reasonable skill and care, but we cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free results. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profit, lost data or downtime. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the service the claim relates to. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

Ending a project

Either of us may end a project with written notice. You pay for work completed and costs incurred up to that date, and refunds follow our Refund Policy. We may pause or end services if you seriously breach these terms or do not pay.

Using this website

Please do not attack or overload the site, scrape it in bulk, or copy our content and designs without permission. Content on this site belongs to us unless stated otherwise.

Third-party services

Projects may depend on third-party platforms, such as hosting, cloud services, app stores, payment gateways and APIs. Their availability, fees and rules are outside our control.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version on this page on the day you sign a Project Agreement applies to that project.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. We will first try to settle any dispute in good faith. If we cannot, it will be handled by the competent courts of Alexandria, Egypt.
